Get started in 30 seconds
- Open the Chrome Web Store listing and click Add to Chrome.
- Confirm the installation when prompted. The extension needs permission to read your bookmarks to provide search.
- Press Ctrl + Shift + K (or Cmd + Shift + K on macOS) to open the search popup from any tab.
- Start typing a bookmark name and press Enter to open the top result.

Permissions used
- bookmarks — Required to read your saved bookmarks so the extension can search through them and display results in the popup.
- tabs — Used to open selected bookmarks in either the current tab or a new tab, based on your settings.
- storage — Stores your local preferences and settings (such as theme, search behavior, and how bookmarks are opened).
- contextMenus — Adds a custom context menu item when you right-click the extension icon.
- favicon — Securely retrieves and displays website icons next to search results for better visual recognition.
Data handling
Everything runs entirely offline on your local machine. There are no analytics trackers, no third-party services, and no remote servers involved.
